Frequently Asked Questions
Who can attend?
Alumni Reunion 2026 is our way of celebrating our graduates and welcoming you back into the GSG community. The reunion is open to graduates of any Global Schools Group school; if you completed your studies at a GSG school, you’re one of us, and we’d love to see you there.
How do I register, and by when?
Simply complete the online registration form for your chosen reunion city; it only takes a few minutes. Once you submit it, your spot is being held while our team confirms the details; you’ll hear back with your confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp within 5 business days.
To make sure everyone has a confirmed seat in time, we ask that you register by 10 days before your reunion date. For our Singapore reunion, please register at least 5 days before the event, since it’s our earliest date on the calendar. We’d love to see you there, so the earlier you register, the better your chances of securing your seat (and your guest’s, if you’re bringing one).
What if a location reaches capacity?
Our reunions are popular, and venue space is limited! If your chosen location fills up, we’ll add you to a waitlist and reach out the moment a seat opens. We will do our best to confirm waitlisted guests up to 48 hours before the event. Registering early is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out.
How do I change or cancel my registration?
Plans change, and that’s okay. Just reach out to us at [email protected] with your full name, former school, and reunion city, and we’ll take care of the update or cancellation for you. (One small ask: please email us rather than submitting a new form, so we can keep your registration tidy and avoid any mix-ups!)
If you do need to cancel and you’ve registered a guest too, just let us know in the same email whether you’d like their spot released as well.
Can I bring a guest?
Of course! You’re welcome to bring one guest (18 years or older) at no extra cost; the more the merrier.
Since we confirm alumni seats first, we’ll let you know about your guest’s place shortly after, once we can see how much room remains- that’s what “subject to availability” means in practice. Rest assured, this only affects your guest’s seat; your own place at the reunion is confirmed regardless.
What's included when I register?
We’ve got you covered for the evening itself: your reunion includes admission, refreshments at the welcome reception, and a full reunion dinner, all on us.
Getting to the host city is the one thing we’ll leave to you: travel, accommodation, visas, and parking aren’t included, so please plan these in advance. That said, if you’d like a few pointers on where to stay or how to get around, just ask; we’re happy to share recommendations.
What about dietary requirements and accessibility needs?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and included on the night. To keep registration quick, we’ll follow up with you separately once your place is confirmed, with a short form to share any dietary, allergy, or religious food requirements, as well as any accessibility needs, such as wheelchair access, seating assistance, or sign-language interpretation.
Just let us know as soon as you can after receiving that follow-up, ideally at least 7 days before your reunion, so we have enough time to arrange things properly.
Can I take part in the Spotlight session?
Absolutely. Spotlight is one of our favourite parts of the evening, and we’d love to hear your story. During registration, feel free to nominate yourself to share a career journey, business idea, talent, or community initiative.
Our events team reviews all nominations to put together a well-rounded lineup across schools, industries, and stories, and we’ll let every nominee know either way by 3 weeks before your reunion. If you’re selected, we’ll share your presentation length and what equipment (like a mic or screen) will be available, so you can prepare with confidence.
Will photographs be taken, and can I opt out?
We love capturing the evening’s memories: photos and videos from the reunion may appear across GSG’s official channels. We only ever share identifiable photos or footage of guests who are comfortable with it.
You’ll see a simple consent checkbox when you register. If you’d rather not be identifiable in photos or video, just leave it unticked, and we’ll give you a small marker (like a wristband or lanyard sticker) at check-in, so our photography team knows to work around you.
And if something’s already been shared and you’d like it taken down, just email [email protected], we’ll sort it out within 5 business days.
How will I know my registration is confirmed?
We’ll send your confirmation straight to your phone by SMS or WhatsApp, so please double-check your mobile number when you register. If you’d like a copy by email too, just add your email address on the form; we’re happy to send it your way as well.

What are the Distinguished Alumni Awards?
The GSG Distinguished Alumni Awards celebrate alumni who have made an exceptional impact in their professions, communities, or fields of expertise. Through these awards, we recognise inspiring individuals whose achievements reflect the values of the Global Schools Group and inspire future generations of students and alumni.
What are Alumni Workshops?
Alumni Workshops are interactive learning and networking sessions led by GSG alumni and industry experts. Covering topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, career growth, and personal development, these workshops provide opportunities to learn, share experiences, and connect with fellow members of the GSG Alumni Network.
What is the Youth Lecture Series?
The Youth Lecture Series is a speaker programme featuring accomplished GSG alumni and thought leaders who share their experiences, insights, and expertise with students and fellow alumni. These sessions are designed to inspire lifelong learning, meaningful conversations, and stronger connections across the global GSG community.
